Ingredients

• we need 1  package 1/4 ounce active dry yeast

•1 tablespoon salt Medium level 

•3 tablespoons sugar plus 1/2 teaspoon sugar•2 tablespoons canola oil

• 2-1/4 cups Of warm water (105° to 110°)

• 6-1/4 to 6-3/4 cups bread flour we need 

• Take 3 tablespoons sugar plus and  1/2 teaspoon sugar

Procedure to make -

1]  Take it a large Size bowl, dissolve the yeast and 1/2 teaspoon sugar in to the warm water, Wait for few minutes until bubbles form on surface. Take Whisk and blend together of remaining 3 tablespoons sugar, salt and 3 cups of flour. Blend the oil into the yeast mixture. than pour into flour mixture and beat it 5 minutes until smooth. Stair in enough remaining flour, 1/2 cup at a time, to form a making  soft and thick dough which is soft.

2] Get ready to turn onto a floured plane surface, knead until too smooth and elastic stretchable , in 8-10 minutes. Place in a greased bowl, turning once to grease the top. Cover it with plastic or air tight  and let rise in a warm place until doubled in shape and size, 1:30 to 2 hours. which is  automatically double.

3] After complete the 2nd procedure take it and punch dough down. Turn onto a lightly floured plane surface, divide dough in to half. Shape each into a loaf panel. Place in 2 greased 9*5-in. loaf pans . Cover and let rise until doubled again in size, 1 to 1 to 2 hours.

4] Our final step and climax of this recipe now start Bake at 370° until it got golden brown and bread sounds hollow and soft press when tapped or has reached an internal temperature of 200°, 30 minutes. See ready to remove from pans. Collect and stor it normal temperature in kitchen up to cool down than it ready to take slice.
